Learners log on to the Doyobi metaverse where an in-house Doyobi instructor will facilitate fun activities, interactions amongst the learners and learning reflections. Check out video snippets of what that looks and sounds like here!

We cannot predict what the future holds, but we can equip our kids with the skills they need in order to cope with the ambiguity and uncertainty. These are skills that we refer to as learning skills, where the child is equipped to learn how to learn. Sessions are designed to maximise learning and application of 6 key skills that facilitate this – Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, Citizenship and Confidence. The sessions are held entirely online, once a week for a period of 6 weeks. Each session is 1.5 hours, and we accommodate up to 25 learners per cohort.

The Doyobi metaverse is a safe, virtual space where learners meet and interact through text, voice and video. It is specially designed by our team to incorporate engaging quests that learners collaborate on together, maximising both learning and fun at the same time! All interactions on the metaverse are facilitated by our in-house instructors and access to the space is restricted to only learners and instructors.

Learners would simply require a laptop/tablet and a stable internet connection. No VR headset is required for our expedition to the metaverse!

The sessions are designed for learners ages 8-12 years old, but if your child falls 1 year outside of this range and you feel that he or she will enjoy these sessions, feel free to join the waitlist anyway!
